Cooking Class: The Responsiveness & Convenience of Induction Speed

Induction cooking is one of the safest, most efficient and precise cooking methods available. How does it work? Induction cooking employs an electromagnetic mechanism under the ceramic cooktop surface; when turned on, it generates an electromagnetic field that keeps the cooking surface cool while heating the cookware placed on it. The heat is generated within the pot or pan itself and cooks the food directly. When the cookware is removed, the heat transfer stops immediately.
