Review is not from a sweepstakes, We bought this on purpose.
We've had this fridge installed for six months. I waited to post this review to give the unit and us, a chance to settle in. We did a lot of research prior to choosing this model and I will say we were swayed by the interior design of both the fridge and freezer sections. We wanted a french door unit specifically, but had one criteria; the freezer section had to be able to store a frozen pizza box...

Terrible design
I strongly advice against buying this refrigerator. It has two serious design defects: 1. The shelves do not extend all the way to the back of the compartment. Not only is valuable space wasted, but items easily get stuck or fall to lower shelves. See the attached picture. 2. The shelf brackets do not go all the way to the bottom of the compartment. Great counter depth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design! Our space needed counter depth. This unit fit the space perfectly, but still has plenty of storage space. Double, French door design makes it easy to see and access all items in the fridge at a glance. One wish: The water dispenser is on the inner left panel. This makes it easy to brush up against it when putting away items. Some water dribbles out when this happens.

Good vision , layout of shelves , and door space.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Was disappointed by small size of crispers. Layout of shelves and bins in freezer, particularly the shape of the bins with the sloping back, reduces placing larger sized packs , like boxes anywhere in this freezer.

Good otherwise, pleased with the product

Big concern over noises; namely aloud clicking going into a knocking , which lasts about 10 to 15 seconds . This is shortly followed by a "clunk", which startles me but only lasts about 5 seconds. Love the finish. Never leaves finger prints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned this model in my old home and when I moved, I decided to purchase the same model because I was so happy with it. The only downside of this newer refrigerator, is that I cannot get the dividers for the Deli Drawer.

Excellent refrigerator, one small issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago. I love that it is taller and the ice drawer operates independently of the top shelf in freezer. However, this is my third refrigerator of this kind and I am disappointed the right door on the top tends to open and stay that way when closing the left door. We have had several messes in the refrigerator and freezer because of this issue. Our previous refrigerators did not have this problem. In the end it just takes getting used to always double checking doors but regardless, this is an excellent choice due to the functionality and appearance. We bought the black stainless and love the finish.

Fine non commercial refrigerator.

Icemaker and water supplied by a reserve osmosis unit for great ice and cool water. Quiet operating motor system The black stainless is not black but a dark bronze.

Open and bright. Nothing gets lost. Evenly cools

Beautiful Upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the lower drawer in the frig. It accommodates my butter, cheeses, and eggs so beautifully. I also love that the water dispenser is Inside the refrigerator, we would have a real mess if it was on the outside with our Special Needs child.

Very good, sometimes noisy

If I were to ask for improvements, it would be to reduce the noise it makes, fairly often. We have a small house and you can hear it especially at night. Overall it is very good and we are happy with it.

Looks amazing!

I love the fridge except I wish the shelves went right to the back of the fridges. Sometimes items fall down the back. I was worried about it easily scratching, but no scratches and best of all fingerprints don’t show.

We have been very pleased with all of the wonderful features, especially the sleek and effortless interior design of both the water and ice dispensers. The interior space is greater than expected primarily due to the door shelves and flexible shelving. Also have to say we really like the hanging wine rack. To smooth operation of the crisper and deli drawers is also quite nice. The black stainless steel finish is timeless and easy to maintain. The quiet operation is also appreciated. All in all we are very pleased with this purchase.
